About Ron
You might recognize our head technician, Ron Jackson.
He has 9 years of experience servicing gas fireplaces for
a reputable local company.
Before specializing in gas fireplaces, Ron was self employed for over 20 years doing Home Improvement and Maintenance. He has performed small Handyman services, has refurbished an entire farmhouse, and has tackled projects of all sizes in between.
Ron also has a variety of other colorful life experience including certified welder, tree climber, and cable installer.
When Ron's not working he enjoys hanging out with his Grandson, grilling, and taking family trips to the park.
Our family business
Robin
During business hours our wonderful Receptionist, Robin, will take your call, answer your questions, and get you scheduled. Ron and Robin have worked together for many years. We spend time together outside of work, and we celebrate holidays and birthdays with her. Robin isn't related by blood, but she's still family.
Mandy
Bookkeeping, advertising, and paperwork are taken care of by Ron's industrious wife Mandy, aka "The Warden".
Casey
The seriously cool Ron's Gas Fireplace shirts are made by his awesome daughter Casey. Casey also covers for Robin when needed.
