Ron's Gas Fireplace Service gives you peace of mind when it comes to your gas fireplace. 


You might recognize our head technician, Ron Jackson.  He has 9 years of experience servicing gas fireplaces for a reputable local company. 


We believe in resolving your gas fireplace issues without the upsell that many larger companies require of their employees.  Are you interested in a second opinion about the necessity of services suggested by another company?  We can do that.

Frequently Asked Questions

Since we have less manpower than large companies, we group jobs geographically.  We coordinate jobs as they come in and will communicate with you to find a day when we will be in your area that works for you.

In order to accommodate our customers who need service after their working hours, we typically service fireplaces from Noon to 8:00pm Monday through Saturday.

We will be able to tell you how many jobs we have ahead of you.  But since we don't know how simple or complicated those jobs will be, we will not be able to give you an exact time. You will have contact info for the technician, and he can let you know when you are the next job.

Some manufacturer warranties require annual service to keep the warranty valid.  If your gas fireplace is not under warranty, we suggest annual service for fireplaces that are used regularly.  Rarely used gas fireplaces should be serviced every other year.
